Outlook Enrichment Hosts Special Events for Visually Impaired Youth and Adults

February is Low Vision Awareness Month. Lukas Partners’ valued client Outlook is committed to positively impacting everyone who is blind or visually impaired. Outlook Enrichment helps people living with vision loss and blindness live life independently, confidently engage in their communities, and continue to do the things they love through an array of programs.

Outlook Enrichment invites visually impaired youth and adults to attend its engaging and fun 2024 special events. These events enable participants to unite and establish enduring connections with others encountering similar challenges of vision loss. Events include a March 16 Saint Patrick’s-themed Bowling Bash, a March 23 Beep Easter Egg Hunt at Boystown, Family Beep Baseball, Sailing at Lake Cunningham, Tandem Bike Riding and more. Visit www.outlooken.org/events for more information.

In addition, help celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Outlook’s Tee It Up Fore Sight Golf Tournament on June 5, plus the Stanley M Truhlsen Jr. Blind Golfers Clinic. This event includes a grab-and-go lunch, buffet dinner, course challenges, mulligans and a swag bag. Registration is now open!

Outlook is committed to providing resources and experiences to empower blind and visually impaired individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives within the Omaha community and beyond. Learn more at www.outlooken.org.
